Pros and Cons of ObamaCare for Businesses

Small Businesses will only see the pros of ObamaCare while firms who don't already provide insurance and their employees will face readjustment. However only .2% of firms with over 50 employees don't already provide insurance to their full-time employees. A big pro for ObamaCare is that it provides millions in tax credits to small businesses with under 25 employees to help offset the cost of buying health insurance for their employees. Small business has historically struggled to provide benefits to workers and half of Americans uninsured are small business owners, workers or dependents.

Hello Everyone. Can anyone tell me what your thoughts are about Affordable Health Care Act , better known as ObamaCare. I am Really trying to wrap my head around this whole Idea, that the Obama care is so terrible. Am I missisng it.
Okay point #1     .2% of firms with over 50 employees, They don't provide insurance to their full-time employees will be affected. ( They will have to provide insurance to their employees?????????)

Isn't that terrible. That should never be a requirement, you know I'm jocking Right?  Really is This so bad. Now let me say in the defence of those that are strongly for this without possibility of any change. Maybe the thoughts are justified. Maybe there should be something put in place to over see this part of the bill. To help with getting TAX- CUTS  To That group also.

The Other 98% of business will Receive MILLIONS of Tax Credits to off set their providing ObamaCare to there employees. WOW That seems to me fair ( just thinking out loud ). If It seems like I am taking sides, I AM NOT TRYING TO. just looking at the PROS and CONS Of Obamacare - Affordable Health Care Act.

To tell you the truth. it Really Seems Like The Old saying. " It MUST BE THE MONEY" What are the value of people? I remember when if U got a full time job , Health Care would  be a part of the package. We have some things broken in the United States. I pray we can fix them.

TELL ME WHAT U THINK. God Bless U.

ObamaCare Pros and Cons for Seniors

ObamaCare Pros and Cons for Seniors, include unprecedented reforms to Medicare, including closing the "donut hole" and expanding benefits and coverage options. Millions of Seniors have already saved money or taken advantage of the no out of pocket costs for wellness and preventative visits.
Some of the reforms to Medicare include reductions to Medicare Advantage, home health care payments and Medicare hospital payments. Some of these have had or may have negative impacts on seniors and doctors who work with patients on Medicare. An oversight committee is in charge of making sure that Medicare reform doesn't hurt seniors.

Okay Looking at the Pros and Cons There seems to be an anticipated problem. But it says a oversight committee is in charge to make sure that The Medicare reform doesn't hurt seniors.

I am thinking that is a great idea. What is the the donut hole?

What is the Medicare Part D "doughnut hole?" The Medicare Part D coverage gap, often referred to as a "doughnut hole," is a period of time during the coverage year (Jan - Dec) when you will be responsible for paying all drug costs out-of-pocket. When you fall into this doughnut hole, you are responsible for the full cost of prescription drugs plus you must continue to pay your Part D premiums even though you are not receiving benefits!

This part really looks as thought it cares about the concern of Seniors. Please leave a comment, thank you.

OBAMACARE for WOMAN THE PROS AND CONS

Obama Care for Women Pros and Cons

When it comes to ObamaCare for Women, it offers many pros and few cons, 47 million women will gain access to women's health services, including preventative and wellness services. Many of ObamaCare's new benefits for women are required by law to have no out of pocket payments. There aren't many cons for women beyond those of the Average American, however there is the issue of contraception and it's availability, something ObamaCare expands, which is a hot button issue.

Okay we that are Saved ( if that term needs to be explained then this will be meat not milk for you) To those that are governed by The True God, and know that the principles from his word requires that we walk by them. Having said that. This ObamaCare for women appears to be great for women. 47 million new women gain access to the Health Care System, something that was not available to them before. Just think of the women that would be empowered to go get exams that they would not have otherwise had access to had it no been for ObamaCare. The preventive services alone will save women's lives. My Mother died in 1991 of Cervical Cancer, I know that if She had access to preventative and wellness services, She would have lived much longer, God rest Her soul.

Now having said that, Let's briefly look at the Contraceptive issues. There will always be those that will make choices that I feel is contrary to The Word of God, But that is THEIR CHOICE not anyone Else's. Just as they should not impose their will upon those that are believers, neither should we impose our will upon them. GOD GAVE EVERY MAN FREE WILL. Use the portion of the bill that is ( what we consider good ) and leave the rest to God. Okay I am finished preaching.

Over all, in my opinion, the ObamaCare for Women will greatly benefit  AMERICAN WOMEN.

Let me know what you think. Comment's are welcome.

OBAMACARE Pros and Cons, Health Insurance for Low-Income Americans

Obama Care 911 Pros and Cons

Health Insurance For Low-income Americans. Low Income Americans will enjoy more ObamaCare pros than cons. Since ObamaCare works on a sliding scale most low income Americans, especially those without insurance, will see nothing but benefits. Medicaid expansion will cover over 15 million low-income individuals and families below the 133% FLP mark.
The cons of "ObamaCare" for low-income Americans are that some states will have the option of opting out of coverage for their poorest, despite 100% federal funding for the first year and 90% there after. This move isn't just to save money (it's arguable whether it saves or makes money for the State, studies have show both outcomes, however it's all projection at this point), it's actually a politically driven move to "break" ObamaCare. The opt-out is projected to leave 2 to 3 million low-income Americans without coverage.
NOTE: The accusations of Some State reps trying to "break" ObamaCare isn't something we are speculating or have made up. It's readily available information on conservative blogs. It's no secret a portion of the GOP wants to repeal ObamaCare, they just so happen to have a strategic plan that includes "breaking" the Exchanges and Medicaid Expansion. Unfortunately ObamaCare isn't just going away, and Americans seem to be caught in the crossfire.

Thoughts : Okay Let Me Get This Straight The Poor Will Be Blessed With Much Needed Health Care That They May Never Be able to Get If Not For The Affordable Health Care Act. The Federal Government Will Pay 100% Of The Cost The First Year And there After The Fed's Will Pay 90% Forever Only Leaving The State's To Pick Up 10% of The Cost. OKAAAAAY???????

So If The State Opts Out Then Those That Are  Low-Income Will Lose Out By Not Having Health Care That Is Needed Any Way. If The Low- Income Are Provide With This Health Care , Will This Not Save The State's From The Cost Of Emergency Care Which The State End's Up Absorbing Anyway. Which In Turn Cost The State Way More Than 10%?
I'm Trying To Wrap My Head Around This. What Is Wrong With This??????  OBAMACARE 911.

OBAMA CARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL ??????

Obama Care before the supreme court

Obama care Unconstitutional. That is what is being said about the affordable care act. This seems to be a strange statement to me, since the Supreme Court the highest Court in this Nation has ruled The Act Constitutional.

By a 5–4 margin, in a decision written by traditionally conservative Chief Justice John Roberts, the court ruled that the health-care law is constitutional.

Wait  stop the press. What ? The collective wisdom of The Highest Court In The Greatest Nation in the world, don't know what they are talking about. That really make me concerned. It Goes Before Lower Courts & Reaches The Greatest Court That Have Ever Existed They Review All The Fact's And Make The Ruling That It Is Constitutional.  Don't get me wrong, they are not GOD. But They Are The Closes Thing To What You Would Call A Supreme Being. Their Word Is Law And Final.

Okay this what I asked myself. Have I Read The law? Have I studied the legal part's, or am I educated enough to make an informed decision? Only "you' or " I " can truly answer that question. So we will keep looking at the Pros and Cons of Affordable Care Act

Remember I am Just thinking Out Loud!!!!!

HOW DOES THE PROS & CONS OF OBAMACARE AFFECT THE AVERAGE AMERICAN ???

ObamaCare FactsThe Pros and Cons of ObamaCare for the Average American

The Average American (those making under 400% FLP) will most likely see a reduction in their insurance premiums and 30 of the 44 million without insurance will gain access coverage via the "ObamaCare" exchanges, Medicare or Medicaid. ObamaCare offers a number of protections and benefits that range from chipping away at preexisting conditions to expanding health services. Overall the quality of health care is increased, while the cost, in theory, will be reduced. Middle income Americans (those making between 133% - 400% of the federal poverty level), and employees will be able to use tax credits and subsidies on the exchanges to save up to 60% of the current cost of premiums making insurance affordable to up to 23 million Americans. One of the cons of ObamaCare is that since many Americans work for larger employers, some employees may have the new costs involved with insuring their workforce passed onto them. Other workers will see a decrease in quality of plans offered by employers, to avoid the employer paying a excise tax on high-end health insurance plans. These cons will affect less than 1% of businesses, and only a small fraction will deal with the new challenges by cutting worker hours, benefits or not hiring new workers.

Okay This is The Deal On This Part Of The Affordable Health Care Act or Better Know As ObamaCare. I

It really looks that as though the only real people to be affected by this part is The Large Companies.
So To Be fair Maybe WE NEED TO LOOK AT THE AMOUNT Of  BONUSES THAT WAS PAID TO THEIR EXECUTIVES. It seems that They Can Make the Choice Not To Pass The Cost On To Their Employee's?????????  Just a Thought  Please Leave Your Comment's

Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act

Wikipedia's defenition and information of the new health care is this :

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), commonly called Obamacare or the federal health care law, is a United Sates federal statue signed into law by President Barack Obama on March 23, 2010. Together with the Health Care and  Education Reconciliation Act, it represents the most significant regulatory overhaul of the U.S. Healthcaer System since the passage of Medicare and Medicaid in 1965.
PPACA is aimed primarily at decreasing the number of uninsured Americans and reducing the overall costs of health care. It provides a number of mechanisms—including mandates, subsidies, and tax credits—to employers and individuals in order to increase the coverage rate. Additional reforms are aimed at improving health care outcomes and streamlining the delivery of health care. PPACA requires insurance companies to cover all applicants and offer the same rates regardless of pre-existing conditions or gender. The Congressional Budget Office projected that PPACA will lower both future deficits  and Medicare spending.
On June 28, 2012, the United States Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of most of PPACA in the case National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius.

My thoughts are this " Why is this act so bad for the country?  Don't JUDGE ME , I am Thinking out loud and seeking for a way to truly judge this Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( PPACA)  Obamacare or by it's other name, federal health care law. Well over the next year we hope to get into the meat of the bill. Please feel free to speak up or out on this subject that will certainly affect all Americans' Lives. Leave me a comment on your thoughts!!!!!!!!!!!

OBAMA CARE / THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT

Now that the fiscal cliff has been avoided will President Obama  make "compromise" a theme of his second term, one thing is for certain: the Affordable Care Act, widely referred to as "Obamacare" is going to take effect. The States are scrambling to line up. The lion's share of the law is to be implemented on January 1, 2014. There are major tenets that will impact Americans including the individual mandate and the pre-existing conditions clause that will not allow insurers to refuse coverage to anyone, even if there health is poor.

When you examine it what does this all mean for consumers and the broader health care industry? To answer that, we  look at Breakout who welcomed Les Funtleyder, a healthcare strategist for nearly two decades and author of Healthcare Investing: Profiting from the New World of Pharma, Biotech, and Health Care Services. He said that "the next 13 months are gonna be a flurry of activity" as the states, insurers and the insured prepare for the law to be fully enacted. He admits he is not sure January 1, 2014 is a hard-and-fast date, citing a recent delay in the deadline for states to tell Washington, DC whether they want in on the federal plan or if they plan to handle it on the state level.
