Top 10 Reasons Why Obama Care911 Is Bad For America

a picture to support why obama care is bad for america

1. Millions Will Lose Their Existing Insurance: President Obama wants Americans to believe they can keep their insurance if they like. But under Obama Care the proposed financial incentives, plus a government-run health insurance would cause 88.1 million individuals to see their present employer-sponsored health plan disappear.

2. Your Health Care Coverage Will Most likely Change Anyhow: Even if you keep your exclusive insurance coverage, ultimately most remaining strategies will have to conform to brand-new federal advantage requirements. The required strategy "upgrades" will unquestionably cost you more in premiums.

3. The Umpire Is Likewise the First Baseman: The primary argument for a "public option" is that it would enhance competitors. Nonetheless, if the federal government creates a health care plan that it manages as well as sets the policies for the exclusive strategies, there is little doubt that Washington would put its private sector "rivals" out of business sooner or later.

4. The Fed Picks Your Therapy: President Obama stated: "They're going to need to quit spending for things that do not make them healthier. ... If there's a blue tablet and a red tablet, and the blue pill is half the cost of the red pill and works just as well, why not pay half for things that's going to make you well." Does that sound like a government that will avoid of your health care decisions?

5. Individual Mandate Means Less Freedom and Even more Taxes: Head of state Obama is open to the charge of an individual mandate that would require all Americans to have actually federally authorized medical insurance. This unmatched federal directive not only takes away your individual flexibility but could cost you. Lawmakers are thinking about a charge or tax for those who don't buy government-approved health insurance.

6. Higher Taxes Than Europe Hurt Small company: A suggested surtax on the affluent will actually strike hundreds of countless small company owners who are dealing with a recession. If it is enacted, America's top earners and task developers will carry a bigger general tax worry than in France, Italy, Germany, Japan, and so on, with an overall average tax rate greater than 52 %. Is that the right recipe for jobs and wage growth?

7. Who Makes Medical Choices? While our home and Senate language is vague, changes provided in Residence and Senate committees to block government rationing of care were consistently beat. Cost or a federal health board could be the deciding factor. President Obama himself admitted this when he said, "Possibly you're better off not having the surgery, however taking the medicine," when inquired about an elderly woman who needed a pacemaker.

8. Taxpayer-Funded Abortions? Nineteen Democrats just recently asked the President to not sign any bill that does not explicitly leave out "abortion from the scope of any government-defined or subsidized medical insurance strategy" or any costs that enables a federal wellness board to "suggest abortion services be included under covered benefits or as part of a benefits bundle." Currently, these arrangements do not exist.

9. It's Currently Not Paid For: The CBO says the present Home plan would enhance the deficit by $239 billion over 10 years. And that amount will likely continue to increase over the long term.

10. Hurrying It Through, Not Reading It: We have actually been down this road in the past-- with the failed stimulus bundle. Back then, we also heard that we were in a crisis which we should pass a 1,000-plus-page expense in a few hours-- without reading it-- or we would have 8 % unemployment. Deception is the only reason to hurry with a costs no one truly understands.

Let's look at it. The experience's to date with the Obama Care 911 website has been the site crashing. Getting some where in the middle of the process and the website freezing or else just completely kicking you out of the system.

The critics are saying that this just proves that Congress should have Defunded Obama Care, or that the President should have delayed this Law. While on the surface it might appear that pointing to the website as the proof that we should have stopped Affordable Health Care Act.

I think that it show that there is a great need for the Law to stay in effect. Why? you say. Well the website was overwhelmed by the number of people that flooded to the site for coverage.

Those that were in charge of setting up the site apparently underestimated the number of people that would attempt to sign up.

To their discredit MAYBE THEY BELIEVED THE HYPE OF NOBODY WANTS THIS HEALTH CARE.

The recorded number of people that came to the website to signup has put that myth to rest.

Okay, so now what do you do?

Well you still need health care. The law does not go into effect until Jan. 01, 2014. so there is plenty of time.

If you don't want to wait till they work out the glitches on the website then there are 2 things you can do in the mean time.

1. Call the telephone #  1-800-318-2596  or  (TTY)   1-855-889-4325

2. Go to the part where you can download the forms, fill them out and mail them in.

Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act

Wikipedia's defenition and information of the new health care is this :

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), commonly called Obamacare or the federal health care law, is a United Sates federal statue signed into law by President Barack Obama on March 23, 2010. Together with the Health Care and  Education Reconciliation Act, it represents the most significant regulatory overhaul of the U.S. Healthcaer System since the passage of Medicare and Medicaid in 1965.
PPACA is aimed primarily at decreasing the number of uninsured Americans and reducing the overall costs of health care. It provides a number of mechanisms—including mandates, subsidies, and tax credits—to employers and individuals in order to increase the coverage rate. Additional reforms are aimed at improving health care outcomes and streamlining the delivery of health care. PPACA requires insurance companies to cover all applicants and offer the same rates regardless of pre-existing conditions or gender. The Congressional Budget Office projected that PPACA will lower both future deficits  and Medicare spending.
On June 28, 2012, the United States Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of most of PPACA in the case National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius.

My thoughts are this " Why is this act so bad for the country?  Don't JUDGE ME , I am Thinking out loud and seeking for a way to truly judge this Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( PPACA)  Obamacare or by it's other name, federal health care law. Well over the next year we hope to get into the meat of the bill. Please feel free to speak up or out on this subject that will certainly affect all Americans' Lives. Leave me a comment on your thoughts!!!!!!!!!!!

OBAMA CARE / THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT

Now that the fiscal cliff has been avoided will President Obama  make "compromise" a theme of his second term, one thing is for certain: the Affordable Care Act, widely referred to as "Obamacare" is going to take effect. The States are scrambling to line up. The lion's share of the law is to be implemented on January 1, 2014. There are major tenets that will impact Americans including the individual mandate and the pre-existing conditions clause that will not allow insurers to refuse coverage to anyone, even if there health is poor.

When you examine it what does this all mean for consumers and the broader health care industry? To answer that, we  look at Breakout who welcomed Les Funtleyder, a healthcare strategist for nearly two decades and author of Healthcare Investing: Profiting from the New World of Pharma, Biotech, and Health Care Services. He said that "the next 13 months are gonna be a flurry of activity" as the states, insurers and the insured prepare for the law to be fully enacted. He admits he is not sure January 1, 2014 is a hard-and-fast date, citing a recent delay in the deadline for states to tell Washington, DC whether they want in on the federal plan or if they plan to handle it on the state level.
