Lawsuit Against Obama, Oh I'm Sorry I forgot The Word "Care"
I am once again amazed how Obama Care is the true focus of attacks through a Lawsuit against The President by Speaker John Boehner.
The vote to allow Speaker Boehner to sue President Obama was 225 to 201. Five Republicans voted no, while no Democrats voted to pursue the lawsuit.
Let's Look At It's Core:
Republicans say that Obama exceeded his constitutional authority by unilaterally deciding to delay the employer mandate for insurance coverage under the Affordable Care Act.
What is this really about. Is the group that is suing looking to help the American People or trying to hurt the President?
The truth is, the small companies of America say they were not ready to put into place the rules necessary to administer Obama Care. With them crying for relief, the President delayed the employer mandate to help them. Now some are trying to turn it around to harm President Obama.
You know somehow I believe that no matter what the President would have done, He would have not been able to please this group.

This Lawsuit is still, once again, just another attempt to overthrow the Affordable HealthCare Act.
They are not trying to make the Companies comply to the law.
They are not trying to bring relief to the great people of America.
The only focus is once again repeal Obama Care. After 52 other times of attempting it. Here we go again.
My question when will the madness stop.
They don't give a hoot about the statutory requirements of the Affordable Care Act.
By suing Obama to demand that he carry out specific
provisions of the 2010 health care overhaul, House
Republicans would be asking the courts to hold him to the
letter of a law that they all opposed and that the House has
voted over 50 times to dismantle.
The sole purpose of this lawsuit against President Obama is to Overturn Obamacare. What a shame.
